The Office of the Director, Marine Corps Staff (DMCS) is the information releasing authority and the collection point for all EOS agenda-related products, and has staff cognizance over the principals’ and spouse agenda.  Director, Special Projects Directorate (SPD), a division within DMCS, exercises overall staff cognizance for all EOS administrative and logistical support.
