EOS costs are non-reimbursable and will be collected from all principals, spouses, and official note-takers. These costs are not a “registration fee”.  Principals and staff outside the Norfolk area will receive full meals and incidentals (M&IE) as part of their travel claim.  The fee paid for the EOS covers the entire cost of meals and refreshments.  Attendees stationed at Norfolk will not receive M&IE.  Costs are still being determined and will be included in the EOS Admin/Logistics message at a later date.
