Erica’s Peace Corps service (Senegal 2014-2016) inspired her to pursue the work and research she does today. Today, Erica works with the International Rescue Committee as a Senior Coordinator for Information Systems and takes great satisfaction in assisting staff in implementing data-driven programs and tracking client outcomes. As a Ph.D. student at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, Erica studies the impacts of climate change narrative on policy outcomes. Previously, she worked as a policy fellow for Save the Children Action Network. She also attained a Master’s in Public Policy and Public Management as a Shriver PeaceWorker fellow at UMBC.
