Candice Wiggum, PhD. Is a graduate of Washington State, Western Washington, and Oregon State Universities and currently lives in Ringoes, New Jersey. Before she retired and joined the Peace Corps, she was Director of the Counseling Center and Interim Dean of Students at Keene State College in New Hampshire.
