Violet Esipila served in Ukraine 2017-2020 in non-governmental organizations to ensure effective strategic planning in multiple social issues. She focused on empowering youth, women, and primary teachers in raising awareness of gender equality, leadership, HIV, disabilities, and early detection methods of breast cancer. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in sociology from William Paterson University and a Master’s in human resources and employment relations from Penn State University.
