Phil has served in many leadership roles during the course of his career, including: Director of Sales and Marketing; Regional Director; Vice President of Sales; and Managing Director. Organizations he has served have ranged from global hotel brands such as The Ritz-Carlton and Hyatt Regency to technology companies, including Knowland Group and SynXis. Phil has a stellar track record of generating revenue and sales growth in mid- to large-size sales and service organizations that support the event and hospitality industries. He was directly responsible for Knowland Group's exponential revenue growth of 103% with more than 3,000 accounts and 24,000 users worldwide. In addition, he grew top line revenues at The National Conference Center by $10M in annual revenue. Phil served in the United States Air Force and was stationed at the Pentagon in Washington, DC.
